Smile Direct Club abruptly ceased all operations last week leaving customers in limbo. Treatment and telehealth were ceased, as was all customer service operations. People who were part-way through treatment or receiving aligners were out of luck. The company did state that they still expected customers to pay on any financing plans they had taken out.
Other aligner programs may be an option for those still looking for this service, or who were part way through a program with Smile Direct.
